Rolling shutter slats/Patti is manufactured and sold by Silcon Steel Pvt. Ltd under our brand name “Silcon”. The shutter slats are made out of JSW cold rolled steel (CR Patti) and JSW Galvanized steel (GP). The shutter slats are tailor made in various profiles and in variable lengths depending on customerrequirement. The shutter slats are made with high precision to get the desired dimensional accuracy, this ensures smooth and noise free motion of the shutter. The Profile design ensures high rigidity andstrength for life long usage.

We offer rolling shutter slats in 5 different profiles i.e. Round Patti, Groove Patti , 3”/ 5” Magna and Box Patti, according to your need and usage. Photos are depicted below for reference

We manufacture JSW HR (Hot rolled) sections also. HR sections are used for installation of rolling shutters, these are made from thicker HR metal for durability as they are more exposed to wear and tear. We offer Guide Channels and Bottom Channels in 2 different profiles according to your need and taste. The profiles are depicted below with their respective photos. Apart from this we offer other accessories too, that are required for installing rolling shutters. i.e. Springs, Side plates U- Bracket which are available in various sizes.
